ITEMS LISTED - CONDITION
All of the items that are listed on the 247DJSpares.com
website are brand new. If the item is not in the aforementioned
condition then the listing will be wholly honest and
accurate and state exactly what condition the goods
are in.
It is very rare that 247DJSpares.com list or sell goods
not in a boxed/bagged brand new or mint condition.
RETURNS
Please note all goods are thoroughly checked before
being listed and again on dispatch. Refunds will only
be made once goods have been returned and inspected.
All hardware has its serial number and relevant details
noted to stop fraudulent returns. Any tampering of the
goods will result in goods being returned to the customer
without refund.
If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase and
it is in exactly the same condition that it is was when
purchased a returns request may be made. Returns requests
must be received within 48hrs of receipt of goods and
requests will only be accepted via e-mail. Any returns
(other than faulty) will be returned at the customers
cost.
247DJSpares.com retains the right to refuse any refund or
return.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
An email will be sent to every customer confirming
payment receipt. This will be followed shortly after
by a dispatch notification email, which will include
date of dispatch, estimated arrival, tracking numbers,
contact website for tracking and any product instructions.
247DJSpares.com cannot guarantee that all email notifications
will be received by the customer. If you have received
neither a payment notification nor dispatch notification
within 3 days of purchase then there is a problem and
it is highly likely that your order/payment has not
been received or the transaction was not completed correctly.
Please email us and we will cross reference our WorldPay
account for the missing transaction.
Please note that these payment and dispatch notification
emails will be in addition to WorldPay's standard email
sent when making a purchase. If you have not received
any confirmation emails from WorldPay or 247DJSpares.com
then it is extremely likely that your purchase has failed
to complete.
247DJSpares.com will not be held responsible for incomplete
transactions and payments.
PAYMENT DETAILS
You can pay for our listed items securely with any major
credit card via WorldPay our preferred form of payment.
No charges are made for using WorldPay. If you pay via
WorldPay and do not get either a WorldPay notification
of payment email or 247DJSpares.com notification email please
contact us. Failing to do so could seriously delay the
dispatch of your goods.
We also accept Cheques (will need to clear before dispatch),
Postal orders, cash (sent recorded delivery and at senders
own risk), bank transfer.

If we have not received your mail then obviously it
will not get answered. If your email has not been answered
within 3 days please resend as it is highly likely that

These conditions, policies and all orders and contracts
as regards validity performance and construction thereof
shall be governed by the laws of England.
