All orders on items in stock will be despatched on day
of order (if ordered before 3pm).
If items on your order have a status of '3-7 days' this
means that the product needs to be ordered in and it
will be 3 to 7 working days before we can despatch the
order. There is free delivery to anywhere on UK mainland.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle
of Man, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands there is a nominal £10 carriage charge.

Parcel Force and Business Post.
DELIVERY RISK
The risk in all goods passes to the customer at the
point where delivery begins. 247DJSpares.com shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit
unless where delivered via Parcel Force where goods
are insured. 247DJSpares.com will only refund or replace
on damaged goods once returned and inspected or a successful
claim has been made against the carrier.
MISSING OR LATE ITEMS
Whilst 247DJSpares.com shall use its reasonable endeavours
to effect any delivery or make available any collection
in accordance with pre-arranged times and dates within
the listings, any time or date named by 247DJSpares.com for
collection or delivery is given and intended as an estimate
only and 247DJSpares.com shall not be liable for delays.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GOODS ON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
It is the customer's responsibility to check carefully
the quantity and type of goods purchased or delivered
and claims for non-delivery, damaged or shortages of
any goods must be made in writing via e-mail within
three days of the date upon which they should or had
been delivered. We would ask that you do not sign for
goods where the delivery packaging is clearly damaged.
Please email us to say that delivery has been refused
due to damage and we will endeavour to redeliver a replacement
item within 48Hrs subject to stock availability. A refund
will be given if we are unable to replace the item in
a reasonable time.
