Scope Of Terms And Conditions
2.1 These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any terms put forward by the Customer, unless they are expressly agreed by 247DJSpares.com in writing.
2.2 247DJSpares.com may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to the Customer. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Purchasing Products From 247DJSpares.com
3.1 You must be resident on the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
3.2 Credit/Debit/Charge card purchases can only be accepted from the registered card holder.
3.3 A contract only comes into effect once the transaction security vetting has been verified and your order has been confirmed by us.
3.4 Goods remain the property of 247DJSpares.com until full payment has been completed and delivery has taken place.
3.5 All products are subject to availability. Once payment has been completed on the website, an email confirming the order will state whether the goods will be delivered immediately or in 3 to 7 days if they need to be ordered in.
3.6 Product information on the website cannot be guaranteed as accurate. Most of the detail information and specifications are supplied by manufacturers and is not verified by the 247DJSpares.com staff.
3.7 Orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next 'working' day.

Delivery Of Products And Risk
4.1 The date and time of the delivery of any Customer order is not a contractual obligation, it is only an estimate.
4.2 247DJSpares.com determines to make every effort to deliver purchased goods in the estimated timescale.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery destination and product dimensions are suitably compatible. Where delivery has been attempted, the delivery charge (where applicable) will not be refunded.
4.4 When the Customers' order is ready for delivery, the Customer will be informed via email and given the relevant postage tracking details.
4.5 All damage and loss risk passes to the customer upon receipt of the delivered order.
4.6 Goods will only be delivered upon a signature.
4.7 Delivered orders can only be signed by an adult aged 18 or over.
4.8 Delivered orders should only be signed for after the goods have been inspected to ensure they conform to the customers contract specification.
4.9 The Customer should contact 247DJSpares.com immediately after delivery, if upon inspection the goods are found to be damaged, defective, missing or there is a delivery discrepency.

247DJSpares.com Returns Policy
5.1 'Dead on arrival' : Goods found to be faulty from new, damaged or incorrect can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify the 247DJSpares.com Returns team (via the contact page) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. 247DJSpares.com will then arrange for the faulty goods to be collected by our courier.
5.2 Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 7 working days of expected delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
5.3 Failed delivery due to customer not present or refused goods which are returned to 247DJSpares.com are subject to up to £20 charge for return. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £5 re-delivery charge will apply.
5.4 All goods must be returned in their original packing.
5.5 In the event of a delayed delivery or faulty goods, we can accept no resonsibility for loss of earnings or event cancellations, which depend on the products in question arriving by a certain date.

Compliance With UK Distance Selling Regulations
6.1 Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the 247DJSpares.com website and claim a full refund. This right does not apply in the case of audio or video recordings or software where the seal has been broken. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven (7) days following the day of delivery. You must return the product to us as required by these Terms but if you do not or if you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product.
6.2 Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. If required, contact 247DJSpares.com for further information.
6.3 Any product returned to us for refund must be returned in the original packaging in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. All items originally sent as part of the product must also be returned. This list (which is not exhaustive) includes all instruction booklets, manuals, cables, cartridges, brackets and connectors as well as associated free gifts or accessories. A deduction will be made for missing items. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
6.4 The product should be returned within seven (7) days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within seven (7) days you must contact us to arrange a collection which will be at your cost. If the goods are not returned within the seven (7) period we will assume that you wish to keep them.
6.5 Software, Video, or Audio recordings can only be returned if the seal on the product is completely intact. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty or misdescribed. Should this be the case, please contact our Returns Team.

Liabilities

8. Complaints
8.1 Complaints to 247DJSpares.com should be made on either paper (letter/fax) or via email via the contact page
8.2 All compaints will be acknowledged by 247DJSpares.com within 5 working days.
8.3 247DJSpares.com shall at the point of acknowledgement provide to the Customer a reasonable estimate of the timescale involved in handling and resolving any such complaint.
8.4 247DJSpares.com will to its best ability keep the Customer informed as tot he progress of the complaint.
